Roles and responsibilities: Assistance in planning and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for achieving the target of the company. Develop & maintain customers data bank. Analyse market trends and develop new business leads Identifying the business opportunities. Handle corporate presentations, documents, proposals, and manage the expectations of the customers. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of business developing activities. Report on weekly/monthly basis appointments, calls made and list of business leads. Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients. Follow-ups with the clients on the closure of the agreements and milestone payments. Generating the leads/opportunities/orders and develop a complete understanding of customer segments. Work closely with business development team, sharing knowledge, discussing ideas and helping the team to achieve targets. Monitor competitors offering and prices. Handle promotional activities such as exhibition, seminar, presentation. Cold call to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Make use of social media platforms to promote the firm and generate leads. Complete management of the accommodation of an artist which would include their Stay, food and travelling. Making negotiations with the artist. Performing dry run and technical like sound check with them. Looking after the commercials before and after the events as per the agreement. Looking after the hospitality and motivating them as per the requirement. Should be aware of the current trends in the Art industry. Show designing, entertainment planning which would include: Social events, corporate events, Fashion events, sports events, international events. Show flow creation and execution. Roles and responsibilities: Measuring and dealing with vendors like decorators, sound, light, audio visual equipment, dcor etc. Planning of activities related to stage, events and making them known to team members. Preparation of production element list. Ensuring quality and economical work through vendors. Develop good vendor relations by conducting regular meetings with them and continuously monitoring their work. Proactively handle any issues and trouble during the event. Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations. To line manage the team of technical staff, directing the work of permanent technicians, daily/hourly paid staff and casual crew on a show by show basis. To ensure that adequate and appropriate technical support is provided in advance, during and following events. To attend site visits and production meetings as required To assist in the costing and production of client proposals based on their briefs. To act as client liaison when necessary and continue to maintain and build client relationships to a high standard. Assess the technical requirements of future events to ensure compatibility with the venues and to determine potential costs.
