Roles and responsibilities:
Assistance in planning and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for achieving the target of the company.
Develop & maintain customers data bank.
Analyse market trends and develop new business leads
Identifying the business opportunities.
Handle corporate presentations, documents, proposals, and manage the expectations of the customers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of business developing activities.
Report on weekly/monthly basis appointments, calls made and list of business leads.
Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
Follow-ups with the clients on the closure of the agreements and milestone payments.
Generating the leads/opportunities/orders and develop a complete understanding of customer segments.
Work closely with business development team, sharing knowledge, discussing ideas and helping the team to achieve targets.
Monitor competitors offering and prices.
Handle promotional activities such as exhibition, seminar, presentation.
Cold call to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Make use of social media platforms to promote the firm and generate leads.
Creation of work order
Forecasting of revenue flows.
