• making suggestions as per the requirements and event.

• seeking out artist and building relations with them.

• complete management of the accommodation of an artist which would include their stay, food and travelling.

• making negotiations with the artist.

• performing dry run and technical like sound check with them.

• looking after the commercials before and after the events as per the agreement.

• looking after the hospitality and motivating them as per the requirement.

• should be aware of the current trends in the art industry.

• show designing, entertainment planning which would include: social events, corporate events, fashion events, sports events, international events.

• show flow creation and execution. (minute to minute plan)

• network development.

• artist and talent management from india’s got talent, famous dance and singing shows.

• creation of different ideas and innovation for the events.

• 2 year bond compulsory.
