Provide help and support to customers through getting them to meet the right people at office. Generate leads or close sales, depending on the targets. Check-in with existing clients about their interests in upcoming projects. Branch out and find potential customers through tele calling work. Nature of Work: Managing complete customer life cycle pertaining to purchase of property with LW. Qualification: Any Bachelor Degree Skills required: Excellent communication skill in English and Hindi + 1 local language, MS office Work Experience: Minimum 1 year in the relevant field Roles and Responsibilities Documentation: Maintaining customer database (address, contact details, KYC documents, etc...) Legal and Laison Designation Legal Adviser No of posts 1Nature of Work: Managing all legal requirements related to projects Roles and Responsibilities1. Compiling all the legal documents pertaining to projects and other acquisitions by the company2. Vetting of legal documents and identifying the shortfall and defects in the title3. Providing legal advice corrective measure in case of defective title shortfall in the title document4. Arranging and obtaining missing legal revenue documents5. Upkeeping of all the original document in good order 6. Drafting of all types of agreements, MOUs, Sale deeds, legal letters and notice to the concerned 7. Drafting all types of deeds related to title acquisition cancellation of the property 8. Providing legal support to customers and banks by providing required documents and clarifications in coordination with CRM team9. Replaying to legal notices issued by customers/ authorities 10. Sending legal notices to customers/ authorities 11. Applying and obtaining RERA certification 12. Registration and transfer of title to home owners in coordination with CRM team 13. Representing company for court hearings if any14. Coordinating with other Laison partners in getting required NOC/ certificates/ approvals/ sanctions etc.. with respect to land and project15. Assisting homeowners in formation of Homeowners association 16. Handing over of project title documents and assets to association 17. Additionally, coordinating with our legal advisors and bank legal advisors.
