Responsibilities:
• Making calls to potential customers to explain the company’s products & services.
• Maintaining daily call records & submitting daily progress reports.
• Provide help and support to customers through getting them to meet the right people at office.
• Generate leads or close sales, depending on the targets.
• Check-in with existing clients about their interests in upcoming projects.
• Branch out and find potential customers through tele calling work.
• Make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during tele calling.
Skills needed:
Strong communication skills and command of the Kannada/English/Hindi
Previous experience in a tele caller job or similar role
Data entry skills to complement the tele calling work
Expectations from the ideal candidate:
Able to hold a conversation with a potential client politely, more of a listener
Honest, humble and quick learner
Open to work on weekends and holidays
