The job Involves conducting Telephonic Interview , shortlisting, screening candidate from the database and placing them in TOP 500 Corporate Companies in India. The ideal person whom we are looking , should be having good communication skills, able to understand and speak English, able to understand the job openings of our client and shortlist candidates as per job requirements. If you are that person, there is one more criteria to be fulfilled, you should know recruitment and willing to work in Madurai. Salary package starts from 10000 p.m upto 25000 p.m . Salary will be fixed subject to Expeirence and Knowledge. MBA Hr is preferred. We are team of 20 Females working and now we are planning to increase our team size to 30.
