Suggest and Support relevant workshops for teachers of model schools. Help school teachers to undertake the content designed to arrive at necessary outcomes ie,bringing about change in thought and approach of Model school teachers to education. Roles and Responsibilities: Facilitating the professional development content through workshops/ seminars/ small group sessions/ in- person sessions to the teachers. Assist in preparing session abstracts, scripts, slides, ready docs, and beneficiary success stories, assessments, lesson plans as per projectneed. Implement the content strategy as suggested by the reporting manager. Research, review and curate subject-specific trends, cut edge technology in field of education and competitive initiatives relevant to the beneficiaries as directed by reporting manager. Ensuring teachers integrate technology in pedagogy to improve teaching and student learning outcomesEducational qualification:B.Sc./ M.Sc. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :1. Develop and maintain system plan including operational requirements, budget requirements andschedules.2. Develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security.3. Develop process improvements for increased efficiency and cost effectiveness.4. Plan and manage software and hardware installations.5. Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS system to improve operational efficiency.6. Monitor MIS performance regularly to avoid unplanned outages and down times.7. Supervise and motivate MIS team to work collectively and efficiently.8. Coordinate with MIS team to ensure that technology, infrastructure and operational requirements are met.
