Teacher Facilitator

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Facilitating the professional development content through workshops/ seminars/ small group sessions/ in- person sessions to the teachers.

● Assist in preparing session abstracts, scripts, slides, ready docs, and beneficiary success stories, assessments, lesson plans as per project

need.

● Implement the content strategy as suggested by the reporting manager.

● Research, review and curate subject-specific trends, cut edge technology in field of education and competitive initiatives relevant to the beneficiaries as directed by reporting manager.

● Ensuring teachers integrate technology in pedagogy to improve teaching and student learning outcomes

Educational qualification:

Experience: 4+ years of experience of teaching schools with Maharashtra State Board curriculum.
