Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and design job descriptions accordingly.
2. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Utilize multiple platforms to find potential candidates and build a diverse talent pool for recruitment.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Review resumes to match job requirements and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate skills and experience.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the interview process by scheduling meetings and ensuring clear communication between candidates and interviewers.
5. Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
- Present job offers to successful candidates and negotiate terms such as salary, benefits, and start date.
Required Skills and Expectations:

- Proficiency in Excel to maintain candidate data and track recruitment metrics accurately.
