Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems (servers, PCs, networking devices, etc.). Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, network, and system issues. Manage and monitor LAN/WAN infrastructure, firewalls, and routers. Set up user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems. Perform regular backups, system upgrades, and patch management. Troubleshoot system/network failures and coordinate repairs or replacements. Ensure data security and implement cybersecurity best practices. Monitor system performance and suggest improvements. Maintain IT documentation including system configurations, processes, and inventories. Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required. Assist in planning and execution of IT-related projects

We are looking for permanent civil engineers who will have to work in STAAD,PMC,CPM-charts,estimation with quantities and rate analysis.We are actively seeking a Civil Engineer to provide technical leadership to project teams who will be working on planning, evaluation, design and implementation of large-scale civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will lead study-phase design-phase and construction-phase projects related to the civil, power, environmental, construction and industrial fields.Job Purpose:To prepare, analyze, and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documentation for infrastructure and building projects in a consultancy environment, ensuring compliance with client requirements, technical standards, and project budgets.Key Responsibilities:BOQ Preparation:Develop detailed BOQs from construction drawings, specifications, and design documentation.Quantify and itemize works for civil engineering and infrastructure projects.Cross-check and validate quantities for accuracy and completeness.Tender Documentation:Prepare and format tender documents including instructions to bidders, technical specifications, schedules, and pricing formats.Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to consolidate technical inputs into tender packages.Review tender submissions and assist in technical evaluations if required.Cost Estimation:Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates using market rates and historical data.Conduct rate analysis for major items of work using standard norms and pricing references.Maintain updated cost databases and unit rates.Client & Stakeholder Coordination:Interact with clients and contractors for clarifications and modifications during tendering.Support project teams with BOQ interpretations and post-tender clarifications.Documentation & Reporting:Ensure proper documentation and archiving of all BOQ and tender files.Prepare periodic reports on progress, issues, and risks related to tender and cost documentation.Key Skills & Competencies:Proficiency in quantity surveying and BOQ preparation (Civil works).Strong understanding of tender processes (public and private sector).Knowledge of standard methods of measurement (e.g., POMI, CESMM, SMM).Familiarity with project specifications, drawings, and engineering standards.Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX, or similar).Attention to detail and analytical thinking.Good communication and coordination skills.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).3 - 6 years of experience in BOQ preparation and tendering within a consultancy or contractor environment.Experience with roads,commercial buildings, or utilities projects preferred.

Reviewing & Designing Architectural, Engineering & Interior Plans Ensuring all plans are compliant with Government and Safety Regulations(NBC) Researching and Maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods and materials. Monitoring work of other Junior Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required. Providing guidance to subcontractors like Builders, Plumbers and Electricians and helping them interpret design specifications. Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets Acting as a mentor to new architects and helping them fine tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge. Networking and connecting with various industry professionals Make Working Drawings, Electrical Drawings, Plumbing Drawings, Submission Drawings, 3D Drawings, BOQ & Presentations. Filing of Drawings as per office and client requirement Site Visits Direct and Indirect interactions with clients and other concern persons
