Job Description

• install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems (servers, pcs, networking devices, etc.).

• provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, network, and system issues.

• manage and monitor lan/wan infrastructure, firewalls, and routers.

• set up user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems.

• perform regular backups, system upgrades, and patch management.

• troubleshoot system/network failures and coordinate repairs or replacements.

• ensure data security and implement cybersecurity best practices.

• monitor system performance and suggest improvements.

• maintain it documentation including system configurations, processes, and inventories.

• coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.
