Job Description

reviewing & designing architectural, engineering & interior plans

• ensuring all plans are compliant with government and safety regulations(nbc)

• researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods and materials.

• monitoring work of other junior architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.

• providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers and electricians and helping them interpret design specifications.

• ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets

• acting as a mentor to new architects and helping them fine tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.

• networking and connecting with various industry professionals

• make working drawings, electrical drawings, plumbing drawings, submission drawings, 3d drawings, boq & presentations.

• filing of drawings as per office and client requirement

• site visits

• direct and indirect interactions with clients and other concern persons
