Impart training to SO/SE. DSOs and ISDs.Channel Management Network expansion by appointing new distributors, dealers and retail trade partners. To maintain and nurture good business relations with distributors, retail trade partners, execution of schemes and consumer offers.Strategizing Understanding the total business environment. Planning according to the business objective.Coordination and Implementing Continuous coordination with Regional Head, marketing department, and logistics to get the desired business plan implemented and executed.BTL Activation Identifying & ensuring that BTL activities (In-shop Branding / Glow sign boards / Arches / In store Promotions / POSM) are done as defined & documented.Sales Administration To provide product knowledge and on-the-job training to distributor sales personnel and long arm salesman Evaluate performance of existing distributor, dealer, retail trade partners on monthly basis.Dealers Accounts Reconciliation Monthly Accounts reconciliation and settlement of pending issues.Market Intelligence Report (MIR) Tracking of competitor Activities, schemes, new product launching, promotional activities, monitoring market trends, competition activities and consumer behaviour for designing future plans.

Formulating standard operating procedures for ensuring environment, health & safety aspects; leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of production targets. To maintain the quality, quantity of all incoming/outgoing Raw material/Finished goods on daily basis. Maintain the quality of productivity. To inspect randomly at the time of process regularly. Submitting QC report on daily basis or each and every raw material, FG inspected. To check motor / assembly final testing on regular basis. To inspect raw material in store room. Test current products and identifying deficiencies. Suggest solutions to identified product problems. Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction. Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy. Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution. Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement. Oversee continuous improvement projects. Collect quality data. Identify key KPIs for product quality. Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management. Rest all day to day work assigned.

You are being appointed as Purchase Executive Managing procurement activities such as Study of items/products to be procured with respect to materials and processes, Scan vendor market, evaluate/qualify/short list vendors, invite quotations, negotiating with vendors & furnish data to finalise sources & to ensure economical procurement. Maintaining central functions like Item Master, Bills of Material, and Vendor master in the ERP System. Negotiating with vendors for better prices through market price tracking and costs, placing purchase order, follow up with vendors, inspection, maintain receipts, etc. Material billing and payment, verification of data in the system, documentation on day to day basis. Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance. Develop new vendors who are technically and commercially superior. Sourcing the most affordable materials for the companys competitiveness. Managing& reporting the inventory levels. Owning & controlling the purchasing budget. Monitoring delivery times to ensure on time performance targets are met. Ensuring adequate supply of all required materials. Delivering cost savings for the company. Managing the procurement supplier relationships for the company. Regularly contacting suppliers to re-negotiate prices to maintain competitive edge. Resolving disputes, quality issues and claims with suppliers. Promoting best practise and ethical purchasing behaviour at all times. Working to create and promote a safe working environment. Rest all day to day work assigned.Logistics: Coordination from receiving sales order till despatch. Responsible for transportation or warehousing of goods. Processes orders and oversee cycle of order fulfilment. Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.
