Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from contract Prepare & process subcontractor bills To take the measurement from the site engineer To get work done as per the protocol of the company To follow up on the accounts department for payment Review the quantities item listed Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors Checking measurements Bill certification Preparing bill summary, billing vs actual exp statement and monthly quantity recon w.r.t P. O Should be good in MS Excel and MS word Preparing reconciliation statements Prepare and submit accurate invoices to clients based on project milestones and deliverables Review and verify all billing documentation for completeness and accuracy Track project expenses and ensure they are within budget Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues with clients Collaborate with project managers to gather necessary information for billing purposes Maintain accurate records of all billing-related activities and documentation Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis related to billing Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing

We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team, responsible for preparing accurate estimates and bids for piping supply and fabrication projects.Responsibilities: Prepare detailed estimates and bids for piping supply and fabrication projects, including: Material procurement (pipes, fittings, valves, etc.) Fabrication costs (labor, equipment, etc.) Installation costs (labor, equipment, etc.) Other associated costs (testing, inspection, etc.) Review project specifications, drawings, and requirements Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations Develop and maintain estimating databases, templates, and procedures Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Present estimates and bids to management and clients
