Job Description

we are seeking an experienced estimation engineer to join our team, responsible for preparing accurate estimates and bids for piping supply and fabrication projects.

responsibilities:

Ø prepare detailed estimates and bids for piping supply and fabrication projects, including:

Ø material procurement (pipes, fittings, valves, etc.)

Ø fabrication costs (labor, equipment, etc.)

Ø installation costs (labor, equipment, etc.)

Ø other associated costs (testing, inspection, etc.)

Ø review project specifications, drawings, and requirements

Ø conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements

Ø collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations

Ø develop and maintain estimating databases, templates, and procedures

Ø stay up-to-date with industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity

Ø identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Ø present estimates and bids to management and clients
