The Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales and operations while also managing regional projects for J-WiRES. The Store In-Charge is responsible for driving sales growth, managing retail channels, and ensuring efficient distribution of J-WiRES products. This role involves strategizing, monitoring sales performance, and providing support to field officers and sales teams to achieve business targets.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Growth & Target Achievemento Ensure monthly and annual sales targets are met.o Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.o Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.2. Retail & Distribution Managemento Strengthen and monitor retail networks, including SHG Didis and solar shops.o Ensure proper stock management and availability of products.o Oversee logistics to ensure timely product delivery.3. Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management processes, including inventoryvaluation, reconciliation, and control. Implement best practices to minimize inventoryshrinkage and ensure accurate inventory records.f. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Supervise accounts payable and receivablefunctions, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and collections. Monitorcash flow and optimize working capital management.g. Financial Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate with operational teams to developfinancial forecasts and projections. Evaluate investment opportunities and providefinancial insights to support decision-making.h. Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxregulations, and internal controls. Coordinate with auditors during financial audits andimplement audit recommendations.
