The Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales and operations while also managing regional projects for J-WiRES. This role requires a strategic and sales-driven professional capable of leading teams, expanding market presence, and ensuring the successful execution of company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and manage retail channel development.

• Oversee operational efficiency within the assigned region.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including SHG Didis and partner organizations.

• Monitor sales performance and provide training/support to field officers.

• Ensure the successful implementation of regional projects

• Actively contribute to the development of regional strategies and action plans.
