Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and effective communication with clients to expand the institute's reach and revenue in the market.Here's what we are looking for :1.Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English and Hindi)2.Strong customer service bent of mind, in order to understand the student expectations and support them to achieve their goals through the program3.Approachable and vibrant personality4.Ability to approach any situation with patience and empathy5.Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times6.Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines7.Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatoryRole and Responsibilities :1.Analysing leads generated from Institutes marketing campaigns and connecting with them to explain about enquired courses2.Develop and maintain a positive relationship with prospective students andwork towards delighting them by helping them achieve their course program goals3.Maintain a constant communication channel with candidates via phone, email, chat and social media to keep them updated about the latest programs/workshops4.Analyze all interactions(on the platform, in person or on call) that each prospective student has with us to understand their progress and gauge the enrolment possibilities and provide them with regular updates and motivation for enrolment and finally closing admission.5.Bring in constant feedback to help improve the programs and improve satisfaction scores6.Planning and executing program calendar including deadlines and events by working closely with the program team and driving the schedule for the maximum benefit of the students
