Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on a variety of devices.

Perform repairs, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and component-level repairs.

Conduct thorough testing and quality checks on repaired devices to ensure they are fully functional.

Provide clear and concise communication to customers regarding repair status, costs, and timelines.

Manage and maintain repair logs and inventory of parts and tools.

Stay updated with the latest technology and repair techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with an academic background—specifically, a Plus Two or any Degree—and 2-5 years of experience in device repair. Ideal candidates will possess:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, soldering, and micro-soldering.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and great communication skills.

Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail electronics environment is highly advantageous. A history of successful repairs on a diverse range of brands and models is a plus.
