Proficient in ACAD / MS office / E-mail communication Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, site coordinator & vendors. Should have preferably worked on designing interiors for high end premium Villas Residential / commercial / hospitality projects, retail stores, shopping malls, 3 to 5 star hotels, high end restaurants etc. Candidate should help in developing the design in software such as AutoCAD and also suggests improvements to the clients to increase appeal of their spaces, be it residential or commercial. Candidate should ensure that the safety and design standards are followed in all the projects undertaken by the firm. To prepare and develop with the team where required, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design. Self-motivated and able to take responsibility should have excellent execution & communication skills (English & Hindi). Knowledge of coordination with MEP/ HVAC/ Automation + Design team . Should be able to Schedule projects timelines , Barchart. Daily Manpower arrange & handling. Daily data maintain to material received & Quantity checking. Should have knowledge of material , BOQ , cost analysis. Take the measurements for all Project Work. Ensure that project is completed in stipulated time. To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others Continuously see & check to all labour work.
