Job Summary:We are seeking a responsible and reliable Office Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The Office Boy will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks, as well as assisting with general office maintenance.Responsibilities:Office Maintenance:Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office premises.Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.Monitor and replenish office supplies.Assistance to Office Staff:Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing for meetings.Errand Running:Run errands for the office, such as purchasing office supplies and picking up items from vendors.Handle basic courier and messenger tasks.Support for Administrative Tasks:Assist with data entry and basic office tasks.Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the office manager or other staff.Kitchen Maintenance:Keep the office kitchen area clean and organized.Monitor and replenish kitchen supplies.Security:Monitor and control access to the office premises.Report any security issues or concerns to the relevant authorities.Outdoor Tasks:Perform outdoor tasks such as banking transactions, post office visits, etc.Time Management:Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Identify organizations and individuals for new leads and potential new markets through networking and other approaches so to generate the revenue for the company. Sales, Marketing & Business Development / Developing New clients in the target market Mapping potential customer/industries via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings Contacting potential clients Inquiry generation and offer / quotation submission. Proven experience in offering products in line with application and closing sales Work towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target to ensure accomplishment of the overall company's target Candidates must have experience in Sales in the electrical systems, industrial automation, Steel, Cement, Mining, Automobile, Cement, Textile, Steel & Pharma Negotiation & contract finalization with client.
