Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Office Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The Office Boy will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks, as well as assisting with general office maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Office Maintenance:

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office premises.

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.

Monitor and replenish office supplies.

Assistance to Office Staff:

Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing for meetings.

Errand Running:

Run errands for the office, such as purchasing office supplies and picking up items from vendors.

Handle basic courier and messenger tasks.

Support for Administrative Tasks:

Assist with data entry and basic office tasks.

Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the office manager or other staff.

Kitchen Maintenance:

Keep the office kitchen area clean and organized.

Monitor and replenish kitchen supplies.

Security:

Monitor and control access to the office premises.

Report any security issues or concerns to the relevant authorities.

Outdoor Tasks:

Perform outdoor tasks such as banking transactions, post office visits, etc.

Time Management:

Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
