Outbound Calling: Initiate cold calls to prospective clients, effectively introducing the companys products and services while assessing customer needs.Lead Generation: Proactively research and network to identify and qualify potential sales leads.Sales Presentations: Deliver customized and compelling sales presentations that address the unique requirements of each customer.Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.Sales Performance: Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management team.Product Expertise: Stay informed about the latest product features and service offerings to communicate value propositions effectively.CRM & Database Management: Accurately record and maintain all customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.Market Feedback & Reporting: Share insights on customer needs, preferences, and emerging market trends with the sales and management teams.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
