Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic fresh graduates to join our team as Cognitive Learning & Math Skills Trainers. This comprehensive role combines Abacus training, Vedic Math instruction, and Memory Techniques delivery to help students (Classes 1 - 7) enhance their arithmetic skills, concentration, and memory power. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging classroom sessions on Abacus, Vedic Math, and Memory Techniques.

Use interactive tools like beads, games, visualization, and mental strategies to teach math and memory skills.

Design and implement structured lesson plans and practice exercises.

Apply Vedic Math sutras to arithmetic, algebra, and speed math training.

Teach scientific memory techniques such as mnemonics, mind mapping, visualization, and association.

Track and assess students' learning progress through regular assessments.

Deliver workshops, webinars, and group activities to make learning enjoyable and impactful.

Provide post-training support and resources for continued skill development.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors Degree (Any discipline; or Math/Science background preferred).

Passion for teaching children and making learning fun and effective.

Basic understanding or certification in Abacus or Vedic Math is an added advantage.

Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Creative thinking, patience, and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
