Having knowledge and experience in following in residential and commercial real estate *Electrical-Wiring (high rise residential and commercial projects).*Earthing , phase, neutral wiring gauge and 3 phase load distribution knowledge.*Calculation, analysis and distribution of load as per the requirement.*Knowledge of power sockets and optimum wire gauge as per the same.*Applicable wire gauge and MCB's required for AC, Geyser and high power equipments.*Knowledge of how to control electrical costs.*Look for frayed wires and loose connections.*Inspect wiring of assemblies for accuracy of stripping, soldering, and crimping, and for defects and colour coding.*Verify wire and cable length.*Earthing System Inspection, LT line, HT line breakers, Transformers, high voltage, HVAC equipments, VCB's, DG. Reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts, record management. GST, TDS, ITR and all compliance management. MIS preparation and Data analysis. Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors. Process bank deposits. Prepare, send and store invoices. Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments. Submit tax forms timely. Identify and address discrepancies. Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
