key responsibilities:
• sales, build to suit (bts) and lease of logistic parks, banks and nbfcs, commercial office spaces, retail chains spaces, schools, university, hotels, hospitals, farm houses, etc
• commercial land dealings, land acquisitions, floor space index (fsi)
• achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully.
• design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• managing organizational sales by developing a business plan.
• meeting planned sales goals, tracking goals and reporting results.
• coordinating and helping marketing team in organizing advertising/communication campaigns (social media, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events, pamphlet distributions, board placements, canopy activities, business expos, online and offline marketing, etc.
• effectively organizing business meetings with the clients.
• managing customer database and generating new clients.
