Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring asmooth and welcoming onboarding experience.- Manage offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviewsand processing necessary documentation.2. Employee Relations:- Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely andeffective solutions.- Assist in resolving conflicts and promoting a harmonious workplaceenvironment.3. HR Policies and Procedures:- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication ofHR policies and procedures.- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and recommendupdates as necessary.4.
