Business Development Manager (Holiday Homes)

we are looking for a business development manager to drive the expansion of our holiday homes portfolio in dubai. this role is focused on securing high-value residential properties for short-term rentals, building strong relationships with property owners and investors, and identifying growth opportunities in the market.

key responsibilities:

• property acquisition: identify and secure new properties for sales and leasing, negotiating agreements with property owners and investors.

• client relations: build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors to drive ongoing business opportunities.

• market expansion: identify new market opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and execute growth initiatives.

• sales & negotiation: deliver compelling sales pitches, close high-value deals, and ensure successful onboarding of new properties.

• market analysis: monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and property performance to refine sales strategies.

• performance & compliance: track key performance metrics, optimize deal structures, and ensure alignment with uae real estate regulations.

requirements:

• minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, or acquisitions within dubai’s real estate sector.

• skills: strong negotiation, networking, and communication abilities with a strategic, results-driven mindset.

• market knowledge: in-depth understanding of dubai’s real estate trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.

• tech proficiency: crm software, ms office, and real estate portals.

• fluency in english is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
