Direct Walk-In Interview For Electrical Site Engineer (Full Time)

€¢ Carries out initial site surveys and preparing the cost estimates

€¢ Ensure Technical compliance with Design Standards and Requirements

€¢ Ensure the execution of works as per our Drawings and Schedules

€¢ An effective team leader with excellent inter personnel skills and the ability to lead and work with a team of personnel

€¢ Assembles the execution team, organize them and manage the Manpower properly

€¢ Manage the Sub-contractor's team and the work

€¢ Ensure compliance with quality standards

€¢ Responsible for safety measures / practices by our company and by the contractor. Promote zero accident philosophy

€¢ Ensure the supplies as per the issued work order and BOQ

€¢ Verify contractor invoices are in accordance with actual work performed and in compliance with the Contract

€¢ Ensure the allotment of works to the employees and ensure to perform their work satisfactorily without delays

€¢ Check the technical specifications of supplied materials

€¢ Managing the execution time, cost and quality standards of the Project

€¢ Liaison with Local Statutory Bodies, Government Agencies, external consultants & architects

€¢ Ensuring the smooth execution of the works in all aspects

€¢ Sending daily reports of self and other technical staff to Head Office

€¢ Maintain the Attendance and Leave Registers at site and send the same to Head Office

€¢ Preparation of Agenda and Minutes of Meeting for Client Meeting

€¢ Review of testing, commissioning and erection procedures

€¢ Ensure the work completion of your project and get the Completion Certificate from the Client

€¢ Co-ordinate with Purchase Department and Billing Department in Head Office for Payment
