Hiring Holiday Consultant For Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Handle UK customer inquiries for international holiday and tour packages.

•⁠ ⁠Design and customize travel itineraries (Europe, Dubai, Bali, Thailand, etc.).

•⁠ ⁠Manage end-to-end booking process including flights, hotels, transfers, and sightseeing.

•⁠ ⁠Handle escalations and provide timely resolution for customer issues.

•⁠ ⁠Lead, guide, and monitor a team of travel consultants/executives.

•⁠ ⁠Assign work, track performance, and ensure target achievement.

•⁠ ⁠Improve conversion rates and drive sales performance.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth travel execution.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain reports, MIS, and daily performance tracking.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure high-quality customer experience for UK clients.
