role summary:

daftar decor is seeking an experienced architect with 3-6 years of experience in corporate interior fit-outs. the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, project execution, and coordination across various services to transform design intent into reality on site.

key responsibilities:

• lead end-to-end project execution from design stage to final handover.

• coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are met.

• oversee and manage site activities, ensuring timely execution as per drawings and design intent.

• coordinate with mep (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) teams for seamless integration of services.

• prepare and review architectural drawings and construction documents.

• ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.

• conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues on-site.

• work closely with project managers and boq specialists to align budget and design execution.

requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in architecture.

• minimum 3–6 years of experience in architectural design and site execution.

• experience in corporate/commercial interior projects is preferred.

• strong project management and site coordination skills.

• proficient in design tools such as autocad, sketchup, revit, and ms office.

• excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
