Role Summary:

Daftar Decor is seeking an experienced Architect with 3-6 years of experience in corporate interior fit-outs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, project execution, and coordination across various services to transform design intent into reality on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project execution from design stage to final handover.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are met.

• Oversee and manage site activities, ensuring timely execution as per drawings and design intent.

• Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams for seamless integration of services.

• Prepare and review architectural drawings and construction documents.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues on-site.

• Work closely with project managers and BOQ specialists to align budget and design execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in architectural design and site execution.

• Experience in corporate/commercial interior projects is preferred.

• Strong project management and site coordination skills.

• Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
