ROLES AND RESPONSIBILIES1. Patient admission and counselling : Clinical assessment and diagnosis, maintaining previous documents, prepare folder of pt having his videos/photos for record purposes2. Monitoring the Therapist: timely entry, lunch break time, their work, leaves, communication with the patients, decorum maintenance, therapy room cleanliness, list of patients for senior drs to be seen from time to time, meetings with therapist on regular intervals, all feedbacks are entered daily in tabs3. Guidance and Monitoring patients: Regular basis feedbacks from patients by just talking to them, counselling, refer to dr if patient needs change in medication or other valid reasons, all doctor related enteries in files are to be entered in tabs4. Coordination and Meeting: Act as a Coordinator between Admin/Nutrition/Physio, Coordination among drs, Regular meetings with different departments, Regular checks in therapy rooms for mobiles use/any other wrong doing5. HR/Manpower Requirement/Utilization- Regular trainings for staff, enhancement of skills from time to time6. Closing formalities- see that pre and post summary details by doctors are done, Preparation of all documents before closure and see file in tab is complete

1. Nutritional Assessment: Dieticians assess patients' dietary history, medical records, and current nutritional status to identify needs and develop tailored diet plans. Dieticians conduct rounds to assess change in nutritional status, modify diets as needed, and provide diet counseling upon admission and therapy closure. Diet Planning and Prescription: Dieticians prepare diet charts and provide detailed instructions on how to follow the prescribed diet. Diet should be of different types according to patient needs, documented in a diet register. Patient Education and Counseling: Dieticians provide education on healthy eating habits and the importance of nutrition for overall well-being. They counsel patients on how to manage their dietary needs, especially for specific conditions like diabetes or hypertension, muscle building, RA. Monitoring and Evaluation: Certain patients need monitoring on weight gain, muscle build and progress accordingly, like in cases of IBS, Crohns disease, MD etc, evaluating the effectiveness of dietary interventions, and making necessary adjustments. Documentation: All aspects of nutritional care, including assessment findings, diet plans, and patient education, are documented. Diet slips are filled by nursing staff based on prescriptions from consultants or medical officers. Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to integrate nutrition into the overall patient care plan. Participating in interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings to discuss patient progress and make necessary adjustments to nutritional care. Research and Education: Involved in conducting research studies on nutrition interventions and their impact on patient outcomes.

Recruitment & Staffing: Manage hiring, onboarding, and orientation of staff. Attendance & Payroll: Maintain attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs. Training & Development: Organize staff training, workshops, and skill development programs. Performance & Feedback: Assist in performance appraisals and handle staff feedback. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure HR policies, licensing, insurance, and statutory compliance. Manpower Utilization: Monitor staffing requirements and reallocate as needed. Employee Relations: Handle grievances, counselling, and employee engagement. Coordination: Liaise with doctors, therapists, nutrition, physiotherapy, and admin teams. Patient Care Support: Assist with patient administrative documentation (admission/closure). Workplace Discipline: Ensure punctuality, hygiene, and staff conduct in therapy/clinical areas. Meetings & Reporting: Coordinate interdepartmental meetings and provide HR data reports. Exit Formalities: Manage resignations, relieving letters, and handover processes.

Therapist for Wellness center

Our centre is practicing siddha therapy for treating musculoskeletal diseases like cervical spondolysis, lumbar, knees etc. We are looking for a doctor (any field mbbs, bds, ayurvedic, homeo or BYNS) who can look after the complete details of patients from taking their symptoms to the end of therapy, consultations of patients for what treatment, x-rays and MRI writing to explanation and basic counselling in between with Daily monitoring and feedback of patients. The centre is located in Mokila, hyderabad.
