Responsibilities:The role involves targeting and acquiring new accounts through cold calling, prospecting, networking and identifying the CxO level contacts in multiple Industry Segments, engage with them to identify the need for a Technology Solution in a B2B environment, and schedule an appointment. 1. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.2. Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where NEW customer base can flourish.3. Responsible for driving sales, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and meeting agreed targets, also promoting the organizations presence throughout the allocated region.4.
