Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements) Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead) Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety

s up and operates machine to bend metal structural shapes, such as bars, rods, angles, pipes, and tubes, to angle or contour specified by work order, drawings, templates, or layout: Selects and bolts holding clamp, die block, and guide clamp to machine.2) Positions and clamps end stops on machine to set specified location of bend.3) Inserts or screws plug stops into guide wheel to set specified degree of bend.4) Positions workpiece against end stop.5) Locks holding clamp and guide clamp onto workpiece.6) Lubricates workpiece with oil.7) Starts turntable that draws workpiece through guide clamp around die block until stopped by plug stops or until dial indicator points to specified degree of bend.8) May slide mandrel into tubing instead of using guide clamp.9) May preheat workpiece, using hand torch or heating furnace.10) May use hand-powered bending machine for short runs.11) May fill tubes or pipe with sand, resin, or lead to prevent wrinkling or collapsing during bending operation.12) May heat tube, using torch, and manually bend tube or pipe around forming blocks.13) May flare tube ends, using tube flarer and cut or trim metal stock to length, using power shears or saws.14) May be designated according to type of stock bent as Pipe-Bending-Machine Operator; Rod-Bending-Machine Operator I; Tube-Bending-Machine Operator I.

Operates CNC Amada to punch holes or layout marks in metal sheets, plates, strips, or bars, following charts which list machine settings for each cut: Inserts, aligns, and locks punches, using hammer, shims, feelers, micrometers, and setscrews. Places workpiece on table manually. Aligns workpiece to scale and end gauge on machine and clamps it to machine table. Pushes button to turn CNC Machine to specified punch and die. Presses pedal to activate punch. Repeats operation for each machine setting specified on charts. Positions center punch from CNC Punching Machine to touch plate and turns crank to scratch layout lines. May compute punch charts from blueprints, using square, scale, and applying knowledge of shop mathematics. May punch holes in metallic materials. Punch press operators look at blueprints or plans for the finished product, make adjustments to the machine to control speed, material feed and path of the punch, as well as make sure the machines are set up properly, working well, and producing quality product. They make sure their machines are working at full capacity, are stocked with needed materials, well-maintained and perform periodic checks on output. They look at the finished product to ensure it is defect-free and ready for the next step in production.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Purchase Engineer Submitting all the bills before 5th of the commencing month. All bills should be verified and signed by Stores, then Production Manager and Purchase, then submitted to the Accounts department. All purchase should be first cleared by Nitin Sir, followed by Production Manager and then Purchase order should be raised. Daily Reporting should be done to Nitin Sir at the end of the day. Daily task should be submitted through what up group without fail. Research potential vendors Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing Track orders and ensure timely delivery Review quality of purchased products Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends Taking offers from Vendors, preparing of purchase orders, follow-up with vendors for timely delivery, inform the seniors/management regarding the bottlenecks/delay, Arranging inspection at vendors and dispatch thereafter. Coordination with factory stores & accounts for vendor bills receipt, GRN and booking into accounts, vendor development, Any Purchase/Project related assignments given by management depending on work load, etc.
