• manage, lead, motivate, develop and coach a sales team of sales engineers

• responsible for sales growth and profitability

• implementation of sales activities (. promotions, new products, all star, local campaigns)

• support and manage development of marketing activities

• provide sales forecast and plan

• manage and monitor achievement of goals and performance (. plan, forecasts, kpis)

• design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.

• own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales engineers

• identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

• provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews

• succession planning and mentoring
