Key Job Responsibilities
• Manage, lead, motivate, develop and coach a sales team of Sales Engineers
• Responsible for sales growth and profitability
• Implementation of sales activities (. Promotions, New products, All Star, local campaigns)
• Support and manage development of marketing activities
• Provide sales forecast and plan
• Manage and monitor achievement of goals and performance (. plan, forecasts, KPIs)
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Sales Engineers
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews
• Succession planning and mentoring
