Responsible for operating F&B outlets assigned to him/ her. Monitoring & ensuring F & B service operations are running smoothly. Organizing duty roster of service staff. Cost control, inventory, training. Maintaining SOP for quality. Should able to introduce innovative ideas for generating targeted sale. Guest interaction, menu planning. Addressing guest requirement and reaching to them. Take shift briefing with small on the job training topic. Address issues related to housekeeping and engineering with the concerned departments. Keep track of moving and non-moving items in bar. Check ala carte menu, updated non-availability. Update daily, monthly sales report. Keep data ready for monthly reports.

Cleaning and setting tables and buffet. Check surrounding of the table chair is neat and clean. Welcoming customers, seating them serving them water or refilling their glasses and delivering beverages from the bartender. Keeping menus clean and presenting them to customers. Stocking wait staff serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments, and assisting the wait staff with all aspects of service. Clearing tables and preparing them for the next customers. Assisting in cleaning and opening or closing tasks. Scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses, washing dirty dishes, and putting them away. Assisting with sweeping, mopping, and polishing the restaurant, bar, kitchen, and equipment. Transporting used linen to or from the laundry or housekeeping section. Assisting with unloading and storing stock. Keep Crumbing set for cleaning the table. Get menu from Kitchen, print buffet tags with correct spelling. Be ready for the briefings with the up dation of sales budgets promotions dish & drink of the day etc. Any communication must be log down in log book every time.
