• Guest interaction, menu planning.
• Addressing guest requirement and reaching to them.
• Take shift briefing with small on the job training topic.
• Address issues related to housekeeping and engineering with the concerned departments.
• Keep track of moving and non-moving items in bar.
• Check ala carte menu, updated non-availability.
• Update daily, monthly sales report.
• Keep data ready for monthly reports.
