1. Store the right amount of materials, goods, and products in the right location to feed the businesss and production's operational demands2. Responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods, and products to feed business operations 3. Lead the creation and implementation of best practice warehouse strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance4. Ensure storage of both raw materials and finished products are in full adherence with the prevailing best practice and guidelines5. Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of both raw materials to production and finished goods to Distribution Teams6. Ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled with an automated system utilizing the help of the warehouse team7. Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to raw materials and finished products in and out including labeling of all stock items8. Review ways to reduce waste9. Develop and maintain metrics/KPIs, reports, process documentation and training, and safety records10. Establish, monitor, and maintain high standards of security in the warehouse by setting security procedures11. Coach, manage and develop warehouse staff and team leaders to optimize performance and meet targets and deadlines12. Communicate with warehouse staff on a regular basis to make them aware of priorities, targets, and operational requirements13. Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage 14. Apply the principles of FEFO and/or FIFO as appropriate

Ensure Area wise, month wise, product wise sales & collections,Built up strategy for expansions of existing markets for the Focus products,Develop sales field team through structured training and on the job coaching,Establish performance expectations and regularly review individual performance,Monitor actual performance vs budgeted,Direct and coordinate sales functions, New product market surveyNew appointments & discontinuation of dealers, Identify and network with prospective dealers,Market development activities in assigned area.

To handle manufacturing sites as a corporate quality control.To do sites audits, contract lab audits and vendor qualification.Preparation of Vendor Audit schedule and to coordinate with various site for the Audit as per schedule.Responsible for compilation and maintenance of vendor qualification documents.Responsible for the preparation of CQA SOPs and to ensure system harmonization.Plan, execute, and oversee product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables.Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.Stay updated on industry trends, new quality management methodologies, and regulatory changes that affect product quality.
