Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating quality leads for real estate projects through online channels and improving the brands digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital campaigns for real estate projects (Google, Meta, portals)
Generate and manage leads through paid ads and landing pages
Handle social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Coordinate with sales/CRM teams for lead follow-ups
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce CPL
Manage website content, basic SEO, and campaign reports
Required Skills:
Experience in real estate digital marketing or lead generation
Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media tools
Understanding of CRM and lead tracking
Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics
Strong communication and coordination skills
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in Digital Marketing
14 years of experience (real estate preferred)
