we are seeking a dynamic and result-driven sales and marketing executive to join our growing real estate team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving property sales through effective marketing strategies and excellent customer services
key responsibilities:
generate leads through various channels including online platforms, walk-ins, references, and outbound calls.
conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
promote and sell residential/commercial properties to prospective clients.
maintain a strong database of potential and existing clients.
organize site visits and property tours for potential buyers.
achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, advertisements, and events.
attend property expos and client meetings as required.
prepare and present proposals and closing deals effectively.
build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
required skills and qualifications:
bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
