Required Skills:Strong knowledge and experience with Cisco, Aruba and Arista networks administration and understanding of Cisco unified call manager (CUCM) and VOIP technologies. Strong expertise in configuring and managing Cisco and Arista switches for Campus and Data Center networks, including experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocolsProficiency in Wi-Fi network administration using Cisco and Aruba environment, with a strong understanding and experience in Wi-Fi 6 technology, is a must.Experience in network cabling installation and maintenance.Strong understanding of routing protocols (e.g. OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)Good Knowledge of Palo Alto network security devices.Strong understanding of LAN/WAN design and implementation.Closely work with business teams to understand the requirements and provide support as needed and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Awareness of ITIL concept Good Communication learning and documentation skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Good understanding of ServiceNow ticketing tool.Flexible to work evening/night hours and weekends long term if required.CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities: Horizon administration, provisioning and managing desktop pools and Application pools VMware Horizon View Infrastructure Upgrades ( of Connection Server,UAG, vCenter, ESXi, Appvolume, DEM) Installation and configuration of App Volume (Writable & AppStacks) and UEM for Non Persistent Virtual Desktops Creating App Stacks and Assign the App Stacks to the UsersGroups. Using UEM for application profiling folder redirection condition based policies. Troubleshooting Virtual Desktop issues & handling incidents on the same Creating and Managing linked clones, instant clones and Full Clones POOLS. Managing Master Images for application installs, upgrades and patching. Basic Troubleshooting of vSphere, ESXi host & VMs issue. Managing hardware upgrades and firmware updates on physical / Baremetal servers. Responsible for all technical documentation.

Required Skills:Expertise in installation, configuration, and management of Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019.Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere and vCenter, including virtual machine creation and management, resource allocation, and network configuration.Experience in handling physical server and data center infrastructure, including server installation and maintenance, rack and stack, cabling. Strong knowledge of security compliance, and implementing best practices to protect against security threats and vulnerabilities.Closely work with business teams to understand the requirements and provide support as needed and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good knowledge using PowerShell and Power-CLI.Awareness of ITIL concept Good Communication learning and documentation skills.Good understanding of ServiceNow ticketing tool.Flexible to work evening/night hours and weekends long term if required.Cross technologies like Linux is an added advantage.
