1. Dealer network development – Develop the region by appointing dealers for the Company
2. Franchisee Development – Identifying a potential franchisee and appoint them in the best interest of the Company
3. Sub Dealer Network Development – Parallelly develop a sub dealer which will help the dealers in pushing the sales through them
4. Institutional sales development – Identify the potential architects, builders and interior designers or any other institution that will be helpful in selling the Company products
5. Project sales development – Introduction of Company products in various projects in the assigned zone
6. Conduct and manage promotional activities within the budget and appraise the Management about promo activities that my bring new sales
7. Management Information Reporting – MIS reporting should be in order and should be reported in periodic manner
