Proficient in DMS/CRM/other business systems.
Knowledge of SQL, data integration, and API management.
Experience with system configuration and customization.
To act as link between stakeholders and IT team for documenting business processes, developing, managing change and realignment of activities with ZOHO CRM and analytics environment.
Manage CRM & mobility activities in-coordination with the field team.
Support markets and dealers to meet the highest level of customer satisfaction, efficiency and profitability.
To participate & drive dealer productivity initiatives keeping organizational directive in mind.
Regular training of dealers & sales team for usage and penetration of DMS/CRM system.
Advance data analysis & MIS support to business users by leveraging MS Excel, CRM/DMS reports & Dashboards.
