Key Responsibilities
• Administer and support day-to-day operations across Zoho applications.
• Work on functional and technical tasks involving Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and MCP.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom functions, workflows, and automations using Deluge.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical insights using Zoho Analytics.
• Perform system configurations, troubleshooting, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Analyze business and operational data to support management decision-making. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective Zoho-based solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and smooth functioning of Zoho systems.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Zoho development, administration, or support.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and MCP.
• Good knowledge of Deluge scripting and working knowledge of Zoho Analytics.
• Strong understanding of standard Zoho operations, business workflows, and data analytics.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
