Key Responsibilities Administer and support day-to-day operations across Zoho applications. Work on functional and technical tasks involving Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and MCP. Design, develop, and maintain custom functions, workflows, and automations using Deluge. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical insights using Zoho Analytics. Perform system configurations, troubleshooting, enhancements, and process improvements. Analyze business and operational data to support management decision-making. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective Zoho-based solutions. Ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and smooth functioning of Zoho systems.Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Zoho development, administration, or support. Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and MCP. Good knowledge of Deluge scripting and working knowledge of Zoho Analytics. Strong understanding of standard Zoho operations, business workflows, and data analytics.
