Accordingly with their benevolent and honest co-operation from the Govt.'s level, it has come up in a remote area i.e, Village Kumakela under Bonai Sub-Division in Dist.Sundargarh, Odisha, with a very low capital investment & financial support jointly by IPICOL & OSFC.
