In the year 1995, the then Hon'ble Chief Minister of Odisha, Late Shri. Biju Patnaik encouraged us whole heartedly to set-up this risk-taking venture Sponge Iron Plant in Odisha. Accordingly with their benevolent and honest co-operation from the Govt.'s level, it has come up in a remote area , Village Kumakela under Bonai Sub-Division in argarh, Odisha, with a very low capital investment & financial support jointly by IPICOL & OSFC.
