about role:

we're seeking a talented webflow specialist to join our growth marketing team. as a webflow

specialist, your role will be to create visually stunning websites using webflow's visual design tools and

advanced capabilities. you'll be responsible for designing pixel-perfect websites and optimising them

for optimal performance.

responsibilities:

• design visually appealing and responsive websites using webflow's visual design tools.

• create pixel-perfect designs that align with our brand and target audience.

• collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and translate them into

impactful website designs.

• optimise website performance by leveraging webflow's capabilities, such as image optimization and

lazy loading.

• utilize webflow's advanced features to create dynamic pages and interactive elements.

• drive conversion rate optimization initiatives through a/b testing, user experience analysis, and

data-driven insights.

• implement a/b tests and analyse results to identify areas for improvement and iterate on design and

functionality.

requirements:

• proven experience as a webflow designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing visually

stunning and responsive website designs.

• proficiency in using webflow's visual design tools.

• solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and user experience (ux) best

practices.

• knowledge of design optimization techniques for high website performance.

• experience creating dynamic pages and interactive elements using webflow's advanced features.

• attention to detail and the ability to create cohesive designs aligned with brand guidelines.

• familiarity with html, css, and javascript is a plus.
