desired skills and experience:

1. educational qualification:

- bachelor��s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent discipline.

2. experience:

- minimum 3+ years of experience in website sales.

- at least 2 years of experience as a team leader, leading a web development team.

- experience in developing and maintaining web services.

- strong understanding of the website development life cycle and best practices.

3. technical skills:

- strong knowledge including mvc framework.

- experience in source control, code verification, documentation, and unit testing.

- ability to identify and resolve website performance issues and bugs.

- hands-on experience with website deployment, maintenance, and testing.

4. leadership skills:

-ability to give sales with the help of team members

- excellent team handling, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

- ability to manage multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery.

- strong understanding of project management methodologies.

- ability to handle client escalations and team conflicts efficiently.

5. soft skills:

- strong interpersonal and communication skills (especially in english).

- highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
