1. As a business development team member, candidate will be responsible to jointly work alongside the Business Development team on various initiatives to collaborate with various internal and external partners

2. Drive partnerships by generating wealth profile leads, drive introductions and conversions

3. Conduct periodic reviews with the partners and wealth team

4. The role will require analysis of leads and productivity with various business partners to be able to drive maximum conversions

5. Track key business initiatives and focus areas on acquisition

6. Should be good at excel

7. Strong analytical skills

8. Track record of project execution

9. Strong interpersonal skills

Qualification: MBA / Graduate

Experience: 5 to 7 years. Wealth Management and banking industry experience will be given higher preference.

Work location: Mumbai

Salary: Up to INR 18 LPA
